Finally tried this St. Pete staple and I’m so glad I did! The staff were so friendly and every pastry we got was absolutely delicious.

They sell a wide variety of pastries you’ll likely have some trouble finding anywhere else. Unfortunately I think I can get a better danish for the price elsewhere but you should still give the bakery a try if you’re close by. Such a sweet lady runs the store and I only tried the danish so I can’t say anything about the other goods. There were no prices listed for any of the pastries so I had to wait a while to just ask about the price of items.

I drove 2 hours (1 hour each way) to enjoy good desserts and completely wasted my day/time and money (bill was $26). I wish I could have my money back. I bought some items to try and 4 out of the 5 items were terrible and inedible. The German cheesecake looked good, but it was chalky and had no flavor or taste. It was the worse cheesecake I have ever tasted :(( The chocolate croissant was burnt and had no taste :(( The lemon torte was all cream and had no taste:((( The Bobby cookie and almond horn were just okay. At least they had taste. Overall, the items were a complete disappointment.

Very friendly and so many delicious pastries! I enjoyed the cheese and cherry danish. Will be going back for dessert!

Most of the bakeries around offer sandwiches and try to be coffee shops, but this place is good for a sweet treat! The woman behind the register gave us free coffee with our order, and was more than patient and accommodating for us. The food was a little pricey, with 4 pastries being $20, the quality was more or less good. I had never heard of a bienenstich before I came here, but absolutely loved it, it’s oddly addicting. However, all the other pastries were alright and probably overpriced as well, they are plagued with the issue of looking better than they taste, looking good on instagram but not on my plate. The inside has no seating, which makes it hard to find a good spot to enjoy my meltable food, especially during the summer time if you aren’t local. I ended up taking my order to the McDonald’s a few minutes down the road so I could grab a drink there and have a nice air-conditioned building to try and experience my food.
